Eric is a very knowledgeable strength and conditioning coach. His knowledge and experience is multifaceted, as it extends into all areas of health and fitness. He is very committed, in other words, it isn’t just the service you get during a training session, but rather, is ongoing service and support with questions regarding fitness, nutrition, etc. In addition, he also has various information sources available e.g., his blog and a number of published articles. I would definitely recommend Eric!

Eric did a fantastic job taking charge of the strength and conditioning program while at UW-Eau Claire. Eric was very detail oriented and tailored all of our workouts to be specific to our sport (wrestling). Eric even took the time and effort to design specific workouts for me as I began my MMA career. My strength, agility, and flexibility have all increased dramatically due to the workouts Eric provided me with. It was a true privilege to have Eric as my strength and conditioning coach while at UW-Eau Claire and I would highly recommend him to any coach/athlete looking to improve their team/themselves in the area of strength, agility, and flexibility.
