Heyo! Big news for me, I just got published on one of the top fitness websites in the world, Elitefts. Elitefts is a great site that covers everything from exercise videos and content to a huge range of equipment sales and gear.

Getting published on here is a great step for me and as my audience I really appreciate the support, views, and feedback I have gotten since starting this website.

I will keep working to put out the best information I can to all of you, my valued posse of good looking, uber-intelligent followers.

Now for the article…..

The article covers one of my favorite intensity-boosting training methods:Sadiv Sets. Sadiv sets are a phenomenal method of training to improve both your speed in the deadlift as well as power in the bench press.
